v2026.9.1

Web
Latest
September 9, 2026Changes in v2026.9.1

Highlights
  • Signing up is simpler: the verification email now leads with a 6-digit code you can type straight into the sign-up page, and the link still works if you prefer to click
  • If you click the verification link and it opens in a new tab, the tab you started in now catches up on its own instead of waiting on an out-of-date message
Fixes
  • The "cases can't be shown yet" banner now explains a connection problem in plain language instead of showing a technical error message
  • If a browser extension or network filter blocks the payment provider's script, the add-card form now tells you so instead of appearing to work while doing nothing

v2026.8.7

Web
August 31, 2026Changes in v2026.8.7

Highlights
  • Your case list now updates on its own when a case is created, renamed, shared, moved, or removed — whether the change came from a collaborator or from another one of your devices
  • Importing a juror CSV or running a bulk jury box action now appears all at once instead of filling in row by row
Fixes
  • A part of the app that fails to load because of a brief network problem now retries on its own instead of showing an error screen

v2026.8.6

Web
August 27, 2026Changes in v2026.8.6

Fixes
  • Fixed a crash in juror notes when collaborators started or stopped typing
  • Fixed a crash in the notes editor when typing with an input method that composes characters, such as on Android or for non-Latin scripts
  • The collaborator typing indicator now appears after the last character on the line instead of overlapping your own text
  • Sync no longer retries forever on a change the server has permanently rejected, and a genuinely stuck case is now reported
  • "Your access may have changed" is no longer shown during a brief server outage

v2026.8.5

iOS
August 21, 2026Changes in v2026.8.5

Highlights
  • Create your Jurybox account directly in the app with the new sign-up flow
  • Added juror search filters — impression, dismissal reason, demographics, and score — matching the web app
  • Redesigned demographics entry: suggestions filter as you type, with a clear option to add a new value
  • The Account screen now shows your name, email, role, organization, and subscription status
  • Adding a case is now a floating button that stays visible while you scroll
Fixes
  • Edits made offline to one juror field no longer overwrite a collaborator's concurrent changes to other fields
  • Fixed a crash when a live-sync update arrived with malformed data
  • Fixed rapid edits to jury box gaps overwriting each other
  • Demographic categories can now be removed from a case
  • Fixed account deletion sometimes not completing or not returning you to the sign-in screen
  • Updated third-party dependencies to address published vulnerabilities

v2026.8.4

Web
August 19, 2026Changes in v2026.8.4

Highlights
  • Added self-service account deletion, with options to hand off your organization or transfer your cases before you go
  • Redesigned Account settings with clearer member, subscription, and organization sections
  • Added batch actions to the case list: move to a group, reassign the owner, share, and archive or restore several cases at once
  • Combined Download PDF and case data export into a single Export menu
  • Shared templates you can view but not edit now open read-only instead of being unopenable
Fixes
  • Fixed a CSV import not completing for a case that was still finishing its first sync
  • Fixed in-progress typing and page state being reset moments after creating a case
  • Fixed being pulled back into a case after navigating to your case list
  • Fixed the new case form reopening with the previous case's values
  • Fixed the notes editor closing when text was dragged just as a collaborator's edit arrived
  • Fixed a collaborator's formatting-only changes not syncing correctly during concurrent note edits
  • Fixed an expired session showing a generic error instead of returning you to sign in
  • Batch case actions that partly fail now refresh your case list and let you retry just the cases that failed
  • Updated third-party dependencies to address published vulnerabilities
